Constable booked for creating ruckus in front of DCP’s house

Nagpur: The have booked a constable, Pradip Chaudhari, for creating ruckus in front of Zone 5 deputy commissioner of police (DCP) Harssh Poddar’s house on Tuesday night. Police arrested Chaudhari and on Wednesday produced him before sessions court which sent him to magisterial custody. He has also been suspended.
According to sources, Chaudhari had hurled abuses in front of the DCP’s house. The guards posted at the gate tried to stop him but Chaudhari broke liquor bottle on his hand and threatened them before fleeing the spot.

The guards rushed to Ambazari police station where a case of obstruction in law was registered against Chaudhari.

It learnt, Chaudhari was earlier suspended while being posted at Kamptee police station. He was recently posted at Police Headquarters.
